Epic Shit
We're putting up compost toilets!
Building dry toilets in the Osada
Help us turn human excrement into fertilizer that will fertilize the soil and allow more life into it.
What is there to do?
We are looking for someone to design the restrooms and lead the construction process in a workshop format. At this stage of project development, we need two restrooms along with a handwashing area.

When: second half of May 2022

Wildlife documentation
Help us create documentation of the plants and animals
Identification and documentation of plants and animals
In order to create the first regenerative habitat in Poland, we need a good knowledge of all the species present in our area and in the immediate neighbourhood.
What is there to do?
We are looking for people knowledgeable about plants, herbs, animals, insects to create documentation of all species living in our area. Documentation includes photos, species name, and description.

When: May - October

Soil and silt documentation
Help us learn about the soil
Soil and silt documentation
Osada is 11.5ha of land that has not yet been thoroughly studied. We also have 3 ponds where silt may turn out to be a valuable fertilizer.
What is there to do?
We are looking for people who know the soil and want to test and document it. This involves both jarring samples and sending material to testing stations, as well as plotting the information on a map.

When: May-August

Creating YouTube content
Help us to document the process of creation
Video recording and editing
Our project is open-source, so we want to document and publish content from the creation of the Osada.
What is there to do?
We need support in both recording and editing the video. We are looking for people who can and want to do this, as well as those who have experience recording for the Internet.

When: May - October

Kitchen coordination
Take care of our kitchen and help us prepare meals for the group
Manage our kitchen
We will need support in preparing vegan meals for a group of 20-30 people between May and September.
What is there to do?
Coordinating the kitchen means collaborating with the cooking team, planning meals, and regularly preparing a list of needed products. We focus on simple, vegan cooking based on local and seasonal products.
